Leading components and peripherals maker Corsair has announced compatibility of their wired as well as wireless keyboards and mice with Microsoft Xbox One console. This opens up a lot of possibilities if developers choose to add control support to their games.
For now Xbox One games confirmed to receive peripheral support are Fortnite, Warframe and Minecraft with more compatible titles coming in the near future. Microsoft will work with developers to ensure the games are fair and properly balanced regardless of the control device used.
Additionally, Corsair will be working more closely with Microsoft on various other initiatives including their next generation interactive live-streaming service ‘Mixer’. With Corsair’s subsidiary brand Elgato, Mixer broadcasters can integrate the Elgato stream deck along with others currently in development.
