IIT-Bombay alumnus has launched ‘Sense.Bio’: an all-round wellness app built around the ‘new normal’

July 10, 2020 by T3 India

Sense.bio is an IoT-based fitness and health application that encompasses all for one’s wellness. Designed around the fact that now the new norms of being socially distant from individuals and healthcare systems are being slowly accepted, sense.bio offers the users and their families a holistic solution to take care of their physical being from the palm of their hands.

Offering a variety of features within just one app, sense.bio enables users to track their fitness regime by logging in their activities, steps, calories, ingredients, and also measurements like BMI and weight. Adjusting to the user’s access to equipment, sense.bio also recommends workout and diet plans.

It also helps users make sure that their vitals are in check, as sense.bio tracks heart rates, respiration rates, oxygen levels, and blood pressure through the smartphone. Reminders to take the necessary pills along with tracking the water intake and the user’s preferences in food items are also accounted for. The app looks to be a controlling and a visual health-checking diary, with the ability to also understand the user’s habits, routines, and ailments.

“I decided to introduce a health and wellness platform for an individual and his family with a pure intention of helping people to own a healthy body and mind”, said Mr. Atul Kapoor, founder of sense.bio and IIT-Bombay alumnus.

Sense.bio works on a ‘freemium’ model where users can enjoy benefits like speaking to a wide-range of nutritionists and health coaches. It also offers a ‘all-inclusive’ health package, the features and benefits of which can be accessed by every member of the user’s family.

Sense.bio is available on Google Play Store and is going to be launched in the iOS too.
