The new boAt Airdopes 501 ANC are cutting-edge hybrid earbuds

August 3, 2021 by T3 India

With the brands success over the past few years, and with the wide outreach of the ‘Airdopes’ line-up of TWS earbuds, boAt has launched the all-new Airdopes 501 ANC which offers significant upgrades and the latest technologies that make the users harness an exceptional audio-experience.

The boAt Airdopes 501 ANC is a feature-rich pair of TWS earbuds that sports Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (up to 30dB) which can suppress noise that spans over a broader range of frequencies. It also adapts to and corrects errors. The anti-noise signal cancels out the actual background noise as soon as the audio is turned on.

The Airdopes 501 also comprise dual microphones in each bud with the ENx technology integrated. This enables clear voice calls and is perfect for those who work while on the move. ‘Ambient’ mode provides transparency to the background sounds even while the user is listening to playback, and proves to be useful for those who want to stay alert to their surroundings on a busy street, or elsewhere.

boAt have also integrated its latest innovation BEAST – or Bionic Engine And Sonic Technology – into the Airdopes 501 ANC. BEAST is a ‘new low-latency decoder that significantly reduces the transmission latency to keep the audio and video in sync for a lag-free immersive listening and gaming experience’.

With the latest Bluetooth v5.2 providing lag-free connection, the Airdopes 501 ANC are also equipped with the “IWP” (Insta Wake ‘N’ Pair) technology, which instantly pairs the earbuds with the smartphone as soon as the case lid is opened. The right earbud possesses an ‘in-ear detection’ feature too which detects whether the user is wearing the Airdopes or not, and automatically pauses or plays music accordingly.

These new Airdopes 501 ANC possess large 8mm drivers which deliver impressive bass. These earbuds provide a playback time of up to 5 hours and the case provides additional charging which increases the total playback time to 28 hours.

The Airdopes 501 ANC are IPX4 rated which offers sweat and dust resistance and it is also integrated with quick response touch controls which aid in controlling playback, attending calls, and activating the smartphones voice assistants.

The boAt Airdopes 501 ANC are also integrated with the ASAP Charge feature in which a ‘quick 5-minute charge provides a continuous playback for up to 60 minutes’. These earbuds are priced at just Rs. 2,499 and are available on Amazon and boAt’s website. For more information, please visit this page.
